This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to register the complaint received in C.S.R.No.230 of 2022, dated 23/3/2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 506 (ii), 441 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. Heard Mr.M.L.Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. On the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.202 of 2022.
