ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1 st and 2 nd respondents to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 03.10.2024, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the survey of the property and for fixing the boundary stones with respect to the subject property. 2.Heard Mr.K.Kannan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2.

3/6 3.The petitioner is placing reliance upon the Settlement Deed dated 19.08.2004, Sale Deed dated 01.08.2007 and Settlement Deed dated 29.06.2015 through which the petitioner became the owner of the property and also the patta that has been issued in Patta No.1718 in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner wanted a survey to be conducted for fixing the boundary stones and the online application submitted by the petitioner did not evoke any response and it is under these circumstances, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1 st and 2 nd respondents to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 03.10.

2024 and conduct the survey in the subject property based on the title deeds and the patta that has already been issued in the name of the petitioner. This process shall be completed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If there are any other interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence.
