Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents from evicting the petitioner's bunk shop situate at Tata Consultancy Service Limited, Plot No.1, Gate No.3, Siruseri SEZ, Sipcot, IT Park, Navallur Post, Siruseri, Chennai603 103, and further direct the second respondent to grant licence to the petitioner bunk shop.

Right from inception, i.e., 16.06.2015, there is no appearance for the petitioner. Admittedly, the petitioner has not obtained licence for his bunk shop. Without acquiring licence, the petitioner would not be entitled to rent the bunk shop in a public property. Therefore, at this juncture, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court is not inclined to grant any relief, more particularly, when from June,2015, this Writ Petition is pending, and the Court is not apprised of the present state of affairs.

2. Accordingly, while declining to grant the relief sought for, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority, for grant of licence. Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
