ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to issue no objection certificate to enable the petitioner to participate in the selection to the post of Sub Inspector of Police conducted by the Tamilnadu Uniform Service Recruitment Board, Chennai under 20% quota for departmental candidates.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the relief sought for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
