This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 14.05.2020 made by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch cases dated 20.09.2018 and the judgment of the Honourable Supreme Court in M.Subramanian and others Vs. S.Janaki and others reported in 2020 at Madras Weekly Notes (Criminal) page 481, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the Apex Court.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
