ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.18357 of 2014, dated 17.07.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, Mr.A.Rajendran, Sub-Inspector of Police, Mohanur Police Station, Namakkal District, is present before this Court.

pursuant to the direction issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18357 of 2014, dated 17.07.2014, investigation in Crime No.390 of 2013 has been completed and final report has been filed in C.C.No.103 of 2016 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Namakkal, on 18.07.2016.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the contempt petition is closed.
