Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in the Criminal M.P.No.10008 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.492 of 2017 dated 10.08.2017, on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.S.GOPALAN AND CO, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition in the criminal M.P.No.10008 of 2017 in Criminal Appeal No.492 of 2017 dated 10.08.2017.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(CBI Cases) appearing for the respondent submits that since 10.08.2017 the petitioner has regularly been reporting before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and he has no objection to modify the condition imposed by this Court on 10.08.2017.

3. In view of the above submission, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed by this Court on 10.08.2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court viz., learned XI Additional Special Judge (CBI cases relating to Banks and Financial Institutions), Chennai on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 07/11/2017 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
