This petition is filed to condone the delay of 183 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.19,700/- in the above Appeal.

2.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 183 days is condoned on payment of a cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) each to the 'Kaakkum Karangal' (Old age Home) at No.212/54, Amman Kovil Street, Parrys, Chennai 600 001 [Cell No.9840068800/ 9840068889], within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
