This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No. 173 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 354-C, 204 of IPC r/w Section 66(E) and 66(A) of I.T.Act, 2000, along with 34 of IPC, on the file of the 1st respondent police.

The complaint indicates that a micro camera been fixed in the room stealthily interfering the privacy of the occupant/the defacto complainant. The petitioner herein is the owner of the premises. Though he rented out to the 2nd respondent herein alleged crime been committed by the staff and no knowledge about it. All the facts has to be investigated only after filing the final report, the Investigating Officer will know who is the perpetrator of the crime and who have assisted and aided him. Therefore, the petition to quash at this stage does not arise. 3.

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
