2. The petitioners would claim that they were appointed as Junior Assistants in Adi-Dravida Welfare Department by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission in the year 2013 and they joined the service on 19.06.2013.
3. The petitioners would further state that they are entitled for two increments based on G.O.Ms.No.321, Finance Department, dated 02.07.1998 and G.O.Ms.No.241, Finance Department, dated 22.07.2013. Since the benefits under the Government Orders are not extended, they made representations dated 17.11.2015. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition is filed.

4. Heard Mr.S.Kingston Jerold, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.M.E.Raniselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
5. This Court, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners' dated 17.11.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioners.
These writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
