ORDER

The petitioner is working as a Food Safety Officer in Arakkonam Block in Vellore District from 2011. According to him, his father is suffering from 'Lymphoma Cancer' for the past five years and he is taking treatment in the hospital at Chennai. The daughter of the petitioner is also studying in Chennai. Hence, he made a representation to the second respondent dated 15.04.2015 requesting to transfer him to Chennai. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to dispose of the said representation.

2. Mrs.M.E.Raniselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

In view of the narrow prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
