COMMON ORDER This Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.127 of 2024 on the file of the respondent-Police and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. On a reading of F.I.R, it is seen that there are prima facie allegations levelled as against the petitioners. The grounds taken by the petitioners are nothing but defence and the same can be agitated only after completion of investigation and filing of final report by the Investigating agency before the trial Court. Further, no grounds have been made out for quashing the F.I.R.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petitions are
