..Respondents Prayer: This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders, thereon with regard to construction of fertilizer go down in S.No.159/4A1B at K.N.Pudur measuring 10 cents and till a direction is taken on the said representation desist from constructing the fertilizer go down in S.No.277/1A2 (55 cents) in K.N.Pudur. 1/4
