Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents from in any manner permitting or allowing location or relocation of the 3rd respondent's wine shop in the encroached location on the ECR Road. Mullodai, Puducherry, on the basis of representation dated 16.5.2014 on merits and within a time to be stipulated by this Court.
