Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.NORTON AND GRANT, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRIVIVASAN, Spl. Public Prosecutor for CBI-cases, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
