2. The Original Petition has been laid for the grant of Succession Certificate by the petitioners.

3. The first petitioner is described in the main O.P. as Mrs.Priya Manian. Now according to the petitioners, the first petitioner name is Priya Natasha Subramanian and she was called as Priya Manian in her matrimonial home and accordingly in her husband's legal heirship certificate, her name had been printed as Priya Manian and accordingly while filing the O.P, she has described herself as Mrs.Priya Manian. However, according to the petitioners, the first petitioner's original name is Priya Natasha Subramanian and accordingly it is putforth that it has become necessary to amend the name of the first petitioner as Priya Natasha Subramanian instead of Priya Manian in the cause title and in paragraphs 10 and 11. Accordingly filed the application seeking for necessary amendment.

4. Considering the reliefs sought for by the petitioner and the same https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/

pertains only to the change of the name of the first petitioner accordingly for the reasons setout in the application, in my considered opinion, the application requires acceptance. In conclusion, the Application No.1882 of is allowed.

5. The petitioners' counsel is directed to carry out the amendment and file the amended petition copy.
