( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Wednesday, the Seventh day of July Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice M.DHANDAPANI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.6685 of 2021 IN CRL OP.5589/2021 RAJKUMAR [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, VIRUDHACHALAM POLICE STATION, VIRUDHACHALAM, CUDDALORE DISTRICT (CRIME NO.2193 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5589 of 2021 dated 22.03.2021 viz the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 AM until further orders and pass such further or other orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.

RAVICHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Clause 5(c) of the order dated 22.03.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5589 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 22.03.2021, directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 22.03.2021 stand unaltered.
