Respondent Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the docket order dated 22.06.2018 passed in I.A.No.61 of 2017 in I.A.No.332 of 2015 in R.C.A.No.50 of 2015, on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Coimbatore.

For Petitioner : No Appearance For Respondent : Mr.M.Roshan Atiq COMMON ORDER It is seen from the docket orders that this matter was called on 10.11.2020 and on that day, it was stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he was not ready to lead the case and sought adjournment. Accordingly, the matter was directed to be listed on 01.12.2020. The matter 1/4

was listed on 17.12.2020 and even on the said date none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, therefore, this Court directed the Registry to list the case on 22.12.2020, subsequently, on that day, the case was adjourned on 04.01.2021. 2.On 04.01.2021, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner and it was only submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that there was some settlement of talks going on and he sought a short accommodation. Therefore, this Court granted one month time for reporting settlement and directed the Registry to list the case on the first week of February 2021. Hence, the matter is listed today (i.e., 02.02.2021). 3.Today, when the matter is called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The very same state of affairs continues till date.

This shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute his case. Therefore, this Court is inclined to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition for default. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
