JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the appellants seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file an application before the learned Single Judge who has passed the impugned order to the extent of modification of the cost.

2. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The appellants may file an application before the learned Single Judge with regard to the cost as may be permissible under law. There will be no order as to
