The petitioner filed a petition in Crl.O.P.No.13915 of 2025 seeking directions to the respondent/contemnor to file final report in Cr.no.535 of 2024 and this 1 / 3

Court vide order dated 10.06.2025 disposed of the same directing the respondent to file final report within a period of six weeks.

Today, when the matter is called for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/contemnor submitted that as ordered by this Court, investigation completed and charge sheet also filed and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.18 of 2026 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur.
