ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to register a case, on the complaint dated 03.07.2016, given by the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. On a reading of the complaint dated 03.07.2016, it is alleged by the petitioner that one Kanniyappan, his close friend had borrowed Rs.30,00,000/- from him on a bond, agreeing to return the amount without interest. But, whereas he had returned only Rs.14,50,000/- and has not returned the balance of Rs.15,50,000/-. The petitioner demanded the return of money.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.284 of 2016, on the complaint given by the petitioner and the same was closed. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
