A copy of the common report filed by the learned Advocate Commissioners has been furnished to the learned counsel for the applicant / plaintiff, who acknowledges receipt of the same.

2. A memo is filed by the learned Advocate Commissioners seeking additional remuneration.

3. It is directed that Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) shall be paid to each of the Advocate Commissioner, as additional remuneration, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. List the suit in the usual course before the learned Additional Master for recording evidence.
