ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J.) This writ petition is for issuing a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.03.2024.

2. The learned counsels appearing for the petitioner as well the contesting second respondent have no objection for the first respondent being directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in the manner known to law.

3. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer and the grievance expressed by the petitioner before this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the contentions of the respective parties, we direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.03.2024 on merits and appropriate orders be passed in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
