Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent pertaining to proceedings vide Notice in No.1/2017/Ma.A.Se.Ni, dated 24.11.2017 and quash the same insofar as Serial No.8 calling for appointment to the post of salesman in the fifth respondent society is concerned and consequently direct the respondents herein to promote the petitioner to the post of Salesman in the fifth respondent Society.
