ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the order of suspension, dated 07.09.2023.

2. On a complaint of corruption, a trap was setup and now, a case is registered against the petitioner and the petitioner is arrested in a criminal case. The petitioner was suspended on 07.09.2023.

3. At this stage, no ground either in the nature of jurisdiction or otherwise is made out to interfere with the order of suspension.

4. This Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 03.04.2024 Index : yes Speaking order : no grs To
