The present miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to modify the prayer in the earlier order of this Court dated 16.02.2022 passed in W.M.P.No.22471 of 2021 in W.P.No.2516 of 2011, wherein the names of the workmen were mentioned wrongly.

2. In the light of the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the prayer in the earlier order of this Court dated 16.02.2022 passed in W.M.P.No.22471 of 2021 in W.P.No.2516 of 2011 shall stand modified, as prayed for by the petitioner in the present miscellaneous petition.

3. All other observations made in my earlier orders dated 16.02.2022 and 23.03.2022, shall remain intact.
