O R D E R

This Court, by order dated 05.06.2017, allowed the Writ Petition in W.P.No.9235 of 2017 filed by the petitioner, quashing the impugned charge memo issued by the Sub Collector, Hosur, the 4th respondent therein. In view thereof, as the said order has not be complied with, the present Contempt Petition No.947 of 2018 has been filed.

2.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has been allowed to continue in service till now and is receiving the salary, the Department may be granted time to pay all the dues payable to her.

3.The Department having accepted the order, shall comply and report the compliance thereof to this Court. The respondents are directed to relieve the petitioner with effect from 30.06.2018 by paying all the dues, accepting her application dated 30.01.2017 requesting for Voluntary Retirement and shall pay all the dues payable to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
