O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.33340 of 2017 dated 06.02.2018 has not been complied with.

2. When the matter was listed for hearing earlier, the learned Additional Government Pleader took notice for the 1/3

respondent and sought time to get instructions. Accordingly, the matter is listed today for further hearing.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader produced the proceedings dated 22.11.2019 issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chennai - 32 and submitted that by passing the said order, the respondent has complied with the order passed in the above writ petition.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner however submitted that the respondent has not taken note of the earlier proceedings while passing the present impugned order.

5. Needless to say that once an order is passed, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy against the said order before the appropriate forum by raising all the points. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed, since the respondent has chosen to pass an order by disposing the petitioner's representation.
