2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has explained the reasons for the delay in Paragraph Nos.

7 and 8 of the affidavit filed in support of the above petition.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for condoning the delay.

4. We find from the affidavit that the petitioner has satisfactorily explained the reasons for the delay. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, the delay is condoned.

The petition is ordered.
