ORDER
This petition has been filed to extend the time for a further period of six months to complete the investigation and file the final report as per the direction given by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16889 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1950 of 2025, dated 11.09.2025..

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the police officials have to travel to all the prisons to identify the other accused. Hence, they seek an extension of further six months time to comply the directions of this Court dated 28.01.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.1950 of 2025.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate and also considering the nature of offence, this Court is of the view that, the further period of six months time is granted to complete the investigation and to file a final report as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1950 of 2025 dated 28.01.2025.
