ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2024 to survey and measure the petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.172/2J to an extent of 68 cents situated at Vilambur Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu District.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 04.03.2024 with a request for survey and measuring the petitioner's property which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the respondents 1 and 4 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for survey and measurement of the petitioner's property in Survey No.172/2J to an extent of 68 cents situated at Vilambur Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu Districton merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the fifth respondent 2/4
and the neighbouring land owners. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
