The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 463, 464, 468, 406 and 408 of IPC in Crime No.84 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that already an anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner is pending in Crl.O.P.No.8298 of 2020.

3. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
