ORDER
The writ petition has been filed for a direction to first respondent to dispose Appeal in Appeal No.11684253/G/2025 on the file of first respondent filed by petitioners against respondents 2 to 10, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Learned State Counsel appearing for first respondent would submit that they would consider petitioners' appeal dated 12.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to petitioners, and respondents 2 to 10, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
3. In view thereof, there shall be a direction to first respondent, to consider petitioners' appeal dated 12.09.2025 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after affording reasonable
opportunity of hearing to petitioners and respondents 2 to 10, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case.
