2024 for making further balance sum of Rs.9,00,000/- out of Rs.15,93,600/- which is pending to the 3rd respondent.

ORDER
This petition is filed for extension of time. It is stated that the initial payment of Rs.3,93,400/- is already paid by the petitioner. It is submitted that with reference to the further rent, there is already a balance sum of Rs.9 Lakhs and the time expires by 20.03.2025.
2. The learned counsel submits that he requires an additional three months' time. While continuing to pay the monthly rent due for the subsequent months, an amount of Rs.9 Lakhs shall be paid in three equal installments, every four weeks, in addition to the other sums payable. A sum of Rs.3 Lakhs each shall be paid accordingly, and time is hereby extended. It is made clear that there will be no further extension of time. If the petitioner defaults in any one of the installments or the payment of the other rent, the respondents will be entitled to
proceed further. The other conditions will remain the same.
3. With the above directions, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
