This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4100 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.901 of 2020 on 26.08.2021 to appear before the learned CCB and CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore once in a month until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
