J U D G M E N T

The matter was referred for mediation to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. Accordingly, the parties have appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras and arrived at a compromise in this matter and entered into a Memorandum of Compromise dated 16.02.2026.

2. Before this Court the parties appeared through video conferencing 2/4

and confirmed to the terms of compromise. In view of the Memo of Compromise arrived between the parties before the Mediation Centre, High Court Madras, this matter is disposed of in terms of the Memo of Compromise dated 16.02.2026.

3. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the Memo of Compromise dated 16.02.2026. The said Memo of Compromise shall form part of the decree. Refund of Court fee ordered under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees Suit & Valuation Act, 1955. Consequently, connected applications are also closed.
