When this civil revision petition is taken up for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the parties had settled the dispute amicably between themselves and therefore, he sought permission of this court to withdraw the revision petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected CMP is closed.
