2. The petitioners made representations to the 5th respondent seeking protection on the premise that there is a threat extended to them by unknown persons while running the TASMAC bar. Seeking consideration of the said representations, the present Writ Petitions have been filed.

3. This Court, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the 5th respondent to look into the complaint of the petitioners and take appropriate action, as per law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
