ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 27.09.2018 in W.P.No.24470 of 2018 directed the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation for grant of water and sewerage connection to the petitioner's premises within a period of four weeks. Since the order has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been

filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent has passed an order and also communicated the same to the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also admitted the said fact.

4. Recording the said submissions and also the fact that since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, this contempt petition is closed, as no further adjudication is required in this petition. If the petitioner has any grievance over the same, it is always open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
