ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner Page No.1 of 4
shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29582 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only three days and thereafter, he has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29582 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 26.03.2025 Page No.2 of 4
