ORDER

This Court by order dated 10.01.2014 allowed the writ petition in W.P.No.1011 of 2014 directing the respondents to appoint the petitioners in the regular time scale of Forest Watchers by taking into account of their seniority https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and qualification on par with their juniors, in the light

of the earlier orders of this Court, within a period of six weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 10.01.2014 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader (Forest) appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 06.03.2017 issued by the Principal Secretary to the Government.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
