Heard Mr.N.B.Kotteeswaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Arulmozhimaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions, submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.09.2017, an enquiry has been conducted and closed on 28.07.2018.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the enquiry which has been conducted and closed may not be amounting to willful disobedience. Hence, the present Contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report, if he so choses to do.
