This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to secure the accused persons in Cr.No.67 of 2015 and take further action.
2. The prayer as sought for by the petitioner for a direction to the police to secure the accused cannot be granted under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
3. However, the DSP, Attur, who is the investigating officer is directed to expeditiously conduct the investigation and take effective steps for bringing the offender to justice in accordance with law.
