(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) These writ petitions raise the same issue as raised in W.P.No.36952 of 2015, which petition we have closed today as now the only issue that remains is as to whether the order passed by the District Collector, Kancheepuram subsequently, in respect of which the petitioner has no grievance, should be implemented, the private respondents having challenged the same.

2. Thus, it is that petition which should determine the issue and these writ petitions stand closed with the aforesaid observation. No costs.
