CMP No.9519 of 2026 in SA No.752 of 2010 N.MALA,J.

This petition is filed to transpose the 2nd respondent as appellant in the above second appeal.

2.It is seen from the petition that the sole appellant in the second appeal died on 30.12.2025, leaving behind the 2nd respondent, as the only legal heir.

3.In view of the aforesaid fact, the petitioner has filed the petition to transpose herself as appellant in the second appeal.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this petition is ordered and the 2nd respondent is transposed as the appellant in the above second appeal.

5.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment and post the matter on 15.06.2026.
