O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give police protection and permission for conducting the dance programme on 04.02.2017 relating to the temple festival of Sri Kamachiamman Temple, in Dharasaralli Village, Harur TK, Dharmapuri District.

2.For conducting Aadal Padal programme for the above temple, the petitioner made a representation to the third respondent on 19.01.2017 for according permission. Since the second respondent has not granted permission, the present writ petition is filed.

3.In view of the settled position, this Court is not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

inclined to issue any direction as regards the Aadal Padal programme is concerned. Hence this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
