ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 4th Respondent to consider the application of the petitioner for joining the "BHMS Medical Course" against the "Lapsed Seat Vacancies" in any of 2/5

the Government or Self Financing College in the State of Tamil Nadu for the academic year 2020-2021 for which the petitioner have already been given her option in the application for the Government Quota, A.R.No. 3285 and for the Management Quota, A.R. No. 1153 (M) respectively.

2. On account of efflux of time, the cause arose for the purpose of filing the present writ petition has become vanished. Therefore no further adjudication is required.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
