COMMON ORDER These revision petitions have been filed challenging the orders of the Family Court, Udhagamandalam both dated 11.12.2024 passed in I.A.Nos.2 & 1 of 2024 respectively in O.P.No.24 of 2023.

2. The parties were referred to Mediation by order of this Court dated 02.07.2025 for amicably resolving their differences and disputes and it is seen that, before the Mediation Centre, the parties have been successful in reaching a settlement and the same has also been reduced to writing on 08.08.2025.

3. The said settlement agreement dated 08.08.2025 entered into between the spouses has been signed by the parties as well as their respective counsels, is recorded by this Court.

4. In view of the above settlement, the petitioner/husband has agreed to withdraw HMOP.No.24 of 2023 pending before the Family Court, Udhagamandalam and the parties have also agreed for reunion. Page No.2 of 4

5. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions stand disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 08.08.2025 entered into between the parties before the Mediation Centre attached to this Court.
