This revision is directed against an order condoning the delay of 179 days in setting aside the exparte decree passed on 09.12.2009. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Though the notice has been served, there is no representation for the respondents.

3.The learned trial judge allowed the condone delay petition on payment of cost of Rs.500/- payable by the petitioners herein, after having convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit. When the trial judge had exercised his discretion to condone the delay, I do not find any reason to interfere with the same. Accordingly, I find no merits in the civil revision petition and the same is dismissed. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2002, the learned District Munsif, Chengalpattu, is directed to complete the trial and to dispose of the suit O.S.No.227 of 2002 on or before 30.04.2017. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
