Seeking leave to sue the respondents in respect of suit A Schedule property, the applicants/plaintiffs have come up with this application.

2.Applicants are the plaintiffs in the suit filed for partition and separate possession. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that B Schedule property is situated at Velacherry, within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. He further submits that A Schedule property is situated at Kottivakkam, outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Hence leave has been sought for. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants and the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted. 30.11.2016
